The second Little Art Show’s theme is “Keep Looking Up,” and it could not be more perfect for right now — and for the top of the bookshelves. The opening was Friday, and the shop was happy and bustling, and yesterday there was the added bonus of the artists talking about their pieces, their techniques, and their lives. It was so moving and lovely— their stories of inspiration and resilience brought laughter, tears, and joy. We couldn’t be more proud of all of them, and honored to be a part of it. Vallejo, man. It has so much heart… And art.

Thank you to all the artists and all their supporters who came out for such a special afternoon. You’re all fantastic. And most of all, thank you to my beloved @libertypierson and @espymarie.studio for coming up with this, for working so hard, for being SO AWESOME. I love you both so much and am continually awed by you. Vallejo is so lucky to have you.

And we’re all lucky, because the show runs until May 3rd — come in (look up!) and check it out! What a gift it is to have the show here. And what a gift it is to live in such an artistic and talented community.
